In the present case, the petitioner has sought relief in two parts, first part relates to accept the joining of the petitioner with effect from 2.6.2008 and second part with respect to consequential relief for payment of salary. The petitioner was Nurse grade A. The dispute is with respect to joining of the petitioner in Guru Govind Singh Hospital, Patna City, Patna but she was deprived of her joining on one pretext of other. Ultimately the Government has interfered with the matter and vide letter bearing memo
Patna High Court CWJC No.16301 of 2009 (8) dt.28-02-2018 no. 504(6) dated 19.6.2017, Superintendent of Guru Govind Singh Hospital, Patna City, Patna has been directed by the Director-in-Chief (Nursinhg), Health Services, Government of Bihar to accept her joining. As per petitioner she has already joined the post but payment has not been made to her.
In view of letter no.504(6) dated 19.6.2017 this Court directs the Superintendent of Guru Govind Singh Hospital, Patna City, Patna to make payment of her arrear of salary as well as current salary within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
