JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority which has been constituted vide Notification No. 7/B 3-80/2011-513 dated 13.05.2015, challenging the order dated 13.07.2011, passed in Appeal No. 210 of 2010 by the Member, District Teachers

Patna High Court CWJC No.19154 of 2011 (8) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 Employment Appellate Authority, Kaimur at Bhabua. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which should be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
