JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 07-02-2022 The matter has been heard via video conferencing. The case of the petitioner is pending before the respondent no. 4 i.e. the Senior Divisional Engineer (2), East Central Railway, Danapur for a considerable time but no decision has been taken thereof. This has resulted in undue harassment to the petitioner.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievances, mentioned in para 1 of the writ petition.
The learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection.
Accordingly, we deem it fit and appropriate to dispose
Patna High Court CWJC No.10735 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2022 2/2 off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority i.e. the respondent no. 4 by filing appropriate representation, within a period of three weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent no. 4 shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
