JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.09.2012 passed in Special Case No.33 of 2004 by which the learned Special Judge, CBI-III, Patna has dismissed the discharge petition filed by the petitioner in connection with R.C. No.30 (A) of 2004 instituted under sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 (2) read with Section 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner when the case is called out.

3. Mr. Bipin Kumar Sinha, learned Standing Counsel for the C.B.I., states that stage of the case has changed since charges have already been framed and out of 34 witnesses, seven have already been examined.

4. In the above circumstances, this Court is not
