JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 The petitioner has voluntarily retired from the services of the Nalanda Medical College and Hospital, Patna on 29.4.2014. The grievance is in relation to non-payment of his retrial dues. It is stated by Mr. Basant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner that since his voluntary retirement on 29.4.2014, he has received the gratuity amount and 50 per cent of the pension amount as well as G.P.F. amount for the period 10.10.2006 to April, 2014 but the amount towards leave encashment, group insurance, 50 per cent of the pension and the G.P.F. amount for the period 1981 when the petitioner joined services until October, 2006 is yet pending for payment by the authorities.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16227 of 2014 (2) dt.05-02-2016 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of grievance raised herein, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to consider the balance claim of the petitioner as stated hereinabove and take appropriate steps for its payment and release the same within four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of the order and in case any part of the claim is found not admissible, the same should be disposed of by a speaking order.
