ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.190 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 354, 427, 504, 379, 447, 448 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present occurrence took place on account of certain previous enmities which had been existent on account of Panchayat election disputes.It is further submitted that it is only on account of certain sudden provocation, that the occurrence is alleged to

Considering the nature of allegations made and there being case and counter case, let all the three petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Siwan, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.190 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
