ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Teghra P.S. Case No.244 of 2013 for the offences under Sections 420, 409, 406 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are innocent and certain amounts were transferred to theirAccount by the then Manager who subsequently asked them to sign some withdrawal forms in order to rectify their Accounts. But the petitioners could not get single farthing from the said deposit. He further submits that such discrepancy occurred in the Account of one Atish Kumar also who has already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 5.1.2015 passed in cr.Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46739 of 2014 (5) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 No.51870 of 2014.

Considering the nature of allegation and that similarly situated co-accused Atish Kumar has already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of R.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Begusarai, in Teghra P.S. Case No.244/13 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
