The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/1759 of 2015 registered under sections 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Witch Craft Act, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
Learned counsel for the petitioners produced a copy of the order dated 14.01.2016 wherein cognizance has been taken and summons have been issued against the petitioners. I am not satisfied with the maintainability of the present application for grant of anticipatory bail as the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29190 of 2016 (3) dt.01-09-2016 have not been able to show any reasonable apprehension of their arrest in the present case.
This application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.
