2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned court below within three weeks and seek regular bail.

3. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to surrender and seeks regular bail before the learned court below within a period of three weeks, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order, preferably, on the same day.

4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
