2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite parties vide order dated 16.02.2024 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P. S. Case No.975 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
