JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. case no. 215 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that the occurrence allegedly took place on account of dispute over cutting of bamboo in the bamboo clamp. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation of assault was leveled against one Naresh Yadav. There is omnibus allegation against the other and there is no specific allegation against these petitioners.
