The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tajpur Halai P.S. Case No. 65 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Recovery of 1199.52 litres of illicit liquor has been made from the vehicles and courtyard of house of the petitioners, who are father and son. Their names have also come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to
