It is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that so far as the direction of this Court by order dated 1.2.2007 under contempt passed in CWJC No. 5319 of 2000 is concerned, that has been complied with though the petitioner continues to have grievance with the opposite parties with regard to their other action for which a separate writ petition has been filed by him. No one appears for the petitioners in the Civil Review No. 336 of 2014.
