2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 326/307/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased died in a bomb blast in the house of the informant. The petitioner and others have been made accused in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 03.11.2023.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a resident of Kolkata since 2010

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27745 of 2024(3) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 and in the supplementary affidavit filed today, he has annexed the documents in support of the same.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been staying in Kolkata and the fact that the deceased died in the house of the informant, this application is allowed.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur/ concerned court in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2023.
