The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Gaighat P.S. Case No. 46 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 471, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner figured at serial no. 11 in the list. Her certificate has not been examined. The petitioner went through the training for two years. All of a sudden without verification the petitioner was suspended.

Learned APP on the other hand submitted that the TET certificate of the petitioner was found forged but the same has not been attached with the case diary.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.30470 of 2017 (3) dt.22-08-2017 allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge, 16-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-15, Muzaffarpur in Gaighat P.S. Case No. 46 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
