Patna High Court CWJC No.17115 of 2015 dt.10-05-2023 2/2 Vidyalaya at Simultala, District - Jamui as petitioner is second lowest price bidder of the Contract and first lowest price bidder Harish Hospality refused to take the said Contract."

Having regard to the relief sought in the present petition and due to passage of time from the year 2015 to year 2023, the concerned respondent must have made alternative arrangement insofar as catering services, therefore, the present petition stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
