In this case, the petitioner seeking payment of L.I.C. and G.P.F. Claim has been made that during the service period, there was a deduction of L.I.C. and G.P.F. amount from his salary, but the same has not been paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid amount has not been paid to the petitioner till date. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner file a representation before the authority concerned. The authority concerned is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of six
