Petitioner is said to have made attempt to commit rape on the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that prior to the alleged occurrence, the informant lodged Pakaridayal P.S.Case No. 71 of 2016 against the petitioner and his other family members due to land dispute and when the petitioner got bail in the aforesaid case, the informant lodged the present case with malafide intention.
