The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 26 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady is that she became successful in securing the job of panchayat teacher after producing some forged educational certificates. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already resigned from her services before lodging of the FIR. She is a lady of clean antecedent. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedents of the petitioner, let
