Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

This present Cr. Misc. Application seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No.618 of 2021 lodged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35, 25(1-b)c of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the bail application had been earlier rejected vide order dated 16.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. 65527 of 2022. In the said case, liberty was granted to the petitioners that they may renew their prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24719 of 2023(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 for bail after framing of the charge in this case. Counsel submits that charge has been framed in this case which is Annexure-4 series.

Learned counsel for the State also submits that as per the observation, charge has been framed in this case. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No.618 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
