The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

As per the F.I.R., nine green plants of Ganja was found in the field of petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the field in question does not belong to this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered either from conscious possession or premises of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24806 of 2022(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur, Patna / concerned court in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 450 of 2021 corresponding to Special Case No. 7815 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
