Petitioner seeks bail in Gogari P.S. Case No.27 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20, 22 of the NDPS Act.

It is alleged in the written report that approximately 150 Gram Ganja was recovered from the betel shop of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2019.

Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22632 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No.27 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
