In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 15.02.2023 passed by Consumer Complaint Redressal Forum Bhagalpur passed in Complaint Case No. 86/2019 communicated vide Memo No. 119 dated 16.02.2023 by which proceeding is closed and directed to pay the amounts of final and last bill.

(ii) For issuance of further writ in the nature of mandamus commanding

Patna High Court CWJC No.6590 of 2023 dt.15-05-2023 2/2 and directing the Respondents concerned to solve the complain of the petitioner and proper verify the bill amount so that petitioner may deposit the same.

And/or pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

3. The petitioner without exhausting remedy of appeal before the State Consumer Forum has approached this Court. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke remedy before the State Consumer Forum. State Consumer Forum is hereby directed to take note of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 or any other provision which provides for condonation of delay. (P. B.
