The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of pre-arrest bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 03.04.2017 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 2815 of 2017, on the ground that now the matter has been compromised and the petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no.2 as his wife with honour and dignity. All the dispute between the parties has been settled. The learned A.P.P. submits that on the basis of compromise the petitioner must surrender and seek regular bail.
