It appears that due to inadvertence, in the

Patna High Court MJC No.1224 of 2021(2) dt.14-07-2021 2/2 order dated 26.11.2020, it has wrongly been typed as 5th attempt and 5th phase instead of 6th attempt and 6th phase.

Considering the aforesaid, let the order dated 26.11.2020 be read as 6th attempt and 6th phase instead of 5th attempt and 5th phase.

The order dated 26.11.2020 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the present application stands allowed and disposed off.
