JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 25-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner hereby undertakes to remove all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter as and when required. It is accordingly directed that all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one month hereof.
2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66498 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that owing to communication gap the petitioners, who are working outside the State, could not surrender and furnish bail bonds before the learned Court below within the stipulated time in terms of the order dated 07.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66498 of 2019.
4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 07.11.2019
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22881 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66498 of 2019 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
5. The modification petition stands allowed.
6. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
