JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-12-2015 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to execute the agreement of Franchisee as awarded in favour of the petitioner and for connected reliefs.

2. At the time of hearing, however learned counsel for the petitioner confines the relief sought with regard to disposal of his pending representation dated 14.12.2013 (Annexure-5).

3. Learned counsel for the respondent Power Holding Company appears and has been heard.

Having regard to the nature of the limited prayer now made by the petitioner before this Court, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that if the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2013 said to have been filed before the Electric Supply Division (Rural), Gaya remains pending, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
