The petitioner has filed the present case for regularization in service and today he has filed reply to the counter affidavit enclosing a notification showing that the petitioner has been regularized in the service of the State Government. In that view of the matter, the grievance, which has been raised in this writ application, has already been redressed and, thus, no lis has been left for adjudication in the present case.
