2. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 02.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65215 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are living outside of the State for their livelihood. They returned their home but time has lapsed therefore they could not surrender and furnish bail bonds before the learned court below within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 02.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65215 of 2024 is extended by ten days from today.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
