2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 506/34 of the IPC in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No 176 of 2023.

3. Both the petitioners are named in the FIR. Petitioner Rahul Kumar Singh is said to be the order-giver, upon which the accused/petitioner Anil Kumar Singh is alleged to have assaulted the informant and his family members. There is specific allegation against petitioner Anil Kumar Singh of having assaulted the informant's brother Raja Singh and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23074 of 2026(3) dt.06-05-2026 2/2 grand-mother Urmila Dei. Petitioner Rahul Kumar Singh has four criminal antecedents and petitioner Anil Kumar Singh has five criminal antecedents, which prima facie suggests that they are habitual offenders.

4. Under these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and hence it is rejected.
