The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 857/2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 456, 461, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that an attempt was made to break open the ATM center but no money appears to have been taken away. The petitioner has been made accused in this case because his motorcycle was found parked in front of the ATM Center.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26462 of 2020(2) dt.21-10-2020 2/2 submitted that the motorcycle of the petitioner was taken by somebody else for some personal work and was found parked near the ATM Center.

The petitioner is gainfully engaged in NDTV and his implication in this case is on very vague grounds. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his being a person of clean antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 857/2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
