This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. According to first information report, the police recovered three fire arms from the apprehended accused and that accused disclosed the name of the petitioner as co-culprit. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that has got no criminal antecedent. The learned counsel, further, submits that the arrested accused had some dispute with the maternal grand father of this petitioner, whose murder was committed and for that reason the petitioner has been named. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sour Bazar (Police Shivir Pastpar) P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 G.R. No. 684 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief
