JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 301/18, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is of assault to the informant by means of iron rod and petitioner no. 3 is also named in the F.I.R.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received injuries and there is no injury report available.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25729 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that case diary disclosed that in spite of demand of copy of the injury report from the informant by the I.O., injury report has not been made available.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Rani Talab P.S.
