JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2024 It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.11.2019 passed in CWJC No. 22076 of 2019, the District Magistrate, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 30.09.2022, rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 30.09.2022, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
