In remarks column No. 9 of the panel there is further entry that petitioner has been included in the panel in the light of the direction of the High Court.
Counsel for the State Sri Arbind Kumar No. 1, SC-13 states that petitioner in spite of his inclusion in the panel at serial No. 23 'ka' could not be given appointment letter as above him there are 23 persons and until those 23 persons are accommodated and given
Patna High Court MJC No.2789 of 2015 dt.16-10-2015 2/2 appointment petitioner has to wait for his turn. In case, petitioner is aggrieved by the place which he has been given in the panel dated 15.10.2014 or should have been included in any other earlier panel he should be well advised to file another writ petition. With the observation aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of.
