ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the husband, is in custody since 25.09.2018 in connection with S.Tr. No.68 of 2019 arising out of Uchakagaon P.S. Case No.243 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C., which is pending in the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Gopalganj.

It appears from the post-mortem report and also from the statement made in the diary by the son of the victim lady that there was a lacerated wound near the eye and there was also multiple linear fractures on the head of the victim lady. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and which finds supported by certain cogent materials

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22965 of 2019(6) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.

Let the trial of the case be expedited.
