2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of a Writ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate Writ order, commanding the Respondents, particularly Respondent No. 2, to conclude the Selection Process for appointment/ employment of teaching as well as non-teaching staffs in State Institute of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Bihar, issued by way of Advertisement dated 10.02.2020 (Annexure-1). The Petitioner in alternative prays for a consequential Writ of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to forthwith dispose of the detailed Representation dated 21.04.2021, submitted by the Petitioner to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6761 of 2022 dt.17-05-2022 2/2 the Respondent no. 1 and 2, whereby the Petitioner has requested the Competent Authorities to conclude the aforesaid Selection Process and to act strictly in accordance with law."

Short question for consideration in the present petition is to conclude the process of selection and appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff in State Institute of Health and Family Welfare, pursuant to the Advertisement dated 10.02.2020. In this regard, petitioner is stated to have submitted representation on 21.04.2022. Therefore, the concerned respondent/ Selecting and Appointing Authority is hereby directed to conclude the process of selection and appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff pursuant to the Advertisement dated 10.02.2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the above observations, the present petition stands disposed of.
