1. The petitioner has prayed as under:- (I) For issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner on class III or class IV post under the Bhojpur Collectorate after giving age relaxation in view of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No.5548 of 1993 on 23.01.1995.

2. Admittedly, this Court directed vide order dated 23.01.1995 to grant age relaxation, in case advertisement is issued for filling up the post. The petitioner has not been able to place any documents to show that any advertisement was issued by the respondents for filling up the post.

3. Keeping in view that there is no exercise conducted for selection process after 23.01.1995, the relief prayed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.14990 of 2013(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 cannot be granted.

4. The writ petition is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
