2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No. 524 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 448, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 01.11.2023 by the informant, Indradeo Yadav.

3. Though, learned Counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court that he is an aged person and it is not possible to assault at that age, Mr. Harish Kumar has taken this Court to the order passed in the case Kapil Yadav @ Kapil Yadava (Cr. Misc. No. 30661 of 2024) to show that the argument of the petitioner in that case was that the main

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31105 of 2024(3) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 allegation is against Shivjee Yadav and the assault made by him was found to be grievous in nature.
