1. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 27.08.2012 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra, in Maintenance Case No.53 of 2006 by which he has allowed `three thousand as maintenance payable to the Opposite Party.

2. It has been submitted that the Opposite Party is a Clerk in Staff Selection Commission posted at Delhi and earns `thirty seven thousand per month.

3. The Opposite Party is not in a position to dispute his salary amount.

4. Hence, from now the Opposite Party is directed to pay a sum of `five thousand per month instead of `three thousand.
