The petitioner has filed the present writ application demanding the relief to make the payment of differential amount of Gratuity, Leave-Encashment from the date of initial appointment made in the erstwhile Bihar State Agriculture Marketing Board, Patna till his retirement from the State Government service along with interest deducting payment already made by erstwhile Bihar State Agriculture Marketing Board, (dissolved) Patna, Group Insurance, arrears of A.C.P. as per revised L.P.C. issued by the erstwhile Board vide memo no. 1688 dated 04.11.2015 w.e.f. 02.09.2008 till the date of his

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was superannuated from his service on 31.07.2011 from the post of Panchayat Sachiv.

Counter affidavit has been filed in the light of order dated 14.11.2022.

Counsel for the State submits that all the admissible dues to the petitioner has been made.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that still there are certain dues for which payment has not been made as per L.P.C. The present application has been disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file his representation before the Block Development Officer, Salkhua, Saharsa-respondent no.4 and respondent no.4 is directed to consider the claim of petitioner, which has not been paid according to him at the time of deciding his claim vide annexure-9 and 10 to the present writ petition (order passed in CWJC NO. 3416 of 2020 and order passed in CWJC No. 11188 of 2018) should also be considered.
