The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioners administered poisonous substance in tea which was served to the informant and his wife, as a result of which they became unconscious and thereafter, all of them committed theft of ornaments and cash of Rs. 2,30,000/- from the house of informant.

It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is Samdhi and

No.24780 of 2022(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 petitioner no. 2 is daughter-in-law of the informant and due to petty family dispute between the parties this false case has been lodged against petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 208 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
