Counsel for the Madarsa Board has produced a letter, bearing Memo No. 1966, dated 14.03.2015, addressed to the District Education Officer, Purnea, giving a direction to hold an enquiry and submit report. No report has been received by the Madarsa Board till date.

It is rather unfortunate that the District Education Officer has sat over the issue for more than nine months now. Writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the District Education Officer, Purnea that a report in terms of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17389 of 2014 dt.15-12-2015 2/2 direction of the Secretary, Madarsa Board as per the abovementioned letter must be forwarded to the Secretary, Madarsa Board within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation and direction as above.
