JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 06-09-2024 The challenge in the writ petition was with respect to termination of the engagement of the petitioner as Anganbadi Sahaika. The contention was that no disciplinary action was taken. The Collector, Sheikhpura had passed an order in Miscellaneous Appeal Case No. 243 of 2019 which was extracted in the judgment of the learned Single Judge passed on 13.03.2023 in CWJC No. 412 of 2023. It was stated in the order that the termination was after enquiries at various levels which

Patna High Court L.P.A No.561 of 2023 dt.06-09-2024 2/2 was initiated on the basis of the complaint. The petitioner was informed of the said complaint and the petitioner had admitted that she was not marking her attendance at the Anganbadi Centre since May 2018.

2. In the teeth of the admission, we find absolutely no reason to interfere with order passed by the learned Single Judge.

3. The appeal stands dismissed.
