2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 304(B), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons killed the daughter of the informant, due to non-fulfillment of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. As a matter of fact, petitioner was working in Jamnagar, Gujarat at the time of the occurrence and the deceased committed suicide due to her love affair with one Mukesh Yadav.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation against him that he along with other accused persons killed the deceased due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner is husband of the deceased, who died within seven years of marriage in unnatural circumstances in her matrimonial house, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
