1. The petitioners have come up with an application for modification of the order, dated 27th of February, 2024.
2. Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned Advocate for the respondents, I do not find any reason to modify the order, dated 27th of February, 2024, which was passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 1490 of 2017, by filing of which the petitioner prayed for quashing of criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49100 of 2024(4) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 case pending against him.
3. Since the criminal case has not been quashed, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub-Judge- VIII, Patna, is specifically directed to initiate the trial of the case against the petitioners at the earliest and preferably within a period of one week after vacation.
4. Let a copy of this order be sent to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub-Judge- VIII, Patna.
5. In view of the above order, the application for modification of the order, dated 27th of February, 2024 is dismissed.
