JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 In the instant application filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the petitioners have sought for quashing of the first information report in Dhoriaya P.S. Case No.5 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable sections 498A, 307, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in the application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
