The petitioner has moved the Court seeking various remaining dues of his late father.

From the pleadings it appears that there have been several rounds of litigation before this Court by the original employee followed by him moving before the Hon'ble Chancellor of the University and the matter also been brought before the Court in its contempt jurisdiction. However, the contention is that still dues remain unpaid.

In view of the original employee moving before the Court repeatedly for the same cause and also before the Hon'ble Chancellor of the University and the matter still being sub-judice

Patna High Court CWJC No.3065 of 2014 dt.15-12-2015 2/2 before the Hon'ble Chancellor of the University and also the fact that he is no more alive, the Court does not feel inclined to entertain the matter at this belated stage especially when the real beneficiary is dead.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, this shall not prejudice the case pending before the Hon'ble Chancellor of the University.
