The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 14.8.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge VIIth, Motihari, in Cr. Revision No. 147/13 of 2012-14 by which he upheld the order dated 28.4.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari, in Trial No. 2034 of 2011.

Since this is a second revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr. P.C., and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.
