2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025, instituted under Sections 190, 191(2), 103(1) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, husband of the informant has been killed by the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and due to misconception.

The deceased had met with an accident while travelling on a motorcycle with the co-accused, namely, Om Prakash Ram and sustained serious head injuries resulted in his death during treatment. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Bachchi Devi has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28704 of 2026. He further submits that the informant has filed a petition before the Trial Court stating therein that when she was in mental imbalance condition, her Fardbeyan was recorded which is mistaken of fact. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners undertake to co-operate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the parties, nature of allegation and clean antecedent of the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
